Hello! My name is Kennedy Cloe. 

I began my journey in behavior analysis in 2018 at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC). I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2021, my master’s degree in 2024, and became board certified in 2025. I grew up in Southern Illinois, and it means a great deal to me to lay professional roots here as a behavior consultant.

My professional values are rooted in integrity, evidence-based practice, compassion, and collaboration. I believe in delivering services that respect the dignity, independence, and individuality of each client. I value data-driven decision-making, transparency with stakeholders, and ongoing professional growth to ensure my practice reflects current research and best practices.

I am grateful for the opportunity to support individuals and teams in ways that promote meaningful, lasting growth, and I am honored to be part of the Fern Leaf ABA community.
