Hi! My name is Kennedy Cloe.
My path in behavior analysis began as an undergraduate at Southern Illinois University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy in 2021. After a year working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I returned to SIU to complete my master’s degree, focusing my research on effective ways to help children with autism develop meaningful communication skills.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both clinic and school settings as an RBT and as a BCBA. Helping people learn to communicate and build meaningful skills has always been a passion of mine, and I love the problem-solving that comes with this work. My current interests include communication and language development, as well as supporting clients and their teams through challenging moments—areas where I feel I can make the biggest impact.
I decided to transition into adult services after working with high school life-skills students in a school setting. During that time, I realized there is a significant service gap for individuals transitioning from school into independent community living. I wanted to be part of a collaborative team that helps build that bridge and close the gap for those individuals.
