Fern Leaf ABA was founded with the image of a fiddlehead fern in mind. When looking at a fiddlehead, two stages can easily be observed and imagined: what the fern is like right now and what the fern will be like as it grows. Success starts when we can appreciate the present and envision the future. Fern Leaf ABA seeks to see everyone we work with in the same way - appreciate them as they/we are right now and envision the potential future ahead.

Of course, achieving big things doesn’t happen instantly. A fern doesn’t simply pop open. It uncoils and spreads each frond slowly and methodically. Behavior change for anyone and any team is remarkably similar. We must take one step at a time, but you will find that Fern Leaf ABA is dedicated to nurturing these complexities and supporting great, long-lasting learning and growth.

Fern Leaf ABA recognizes that for every one client we work with, there are many layers of people that we support. Our clients are often supported directly by guardians, DSPs and other agency staff members, ISSAs, other healthcare professionals, and the list goes on. They are also supported by Fern Leaf ABA’s employees, who are in turn supported by the field of behavior analysis. Fern Leaf ABA knows that we are part of a much larger team, and that the best outcomes occur when we inspire and support learning at every level.
